Seasonal opening: From March to the end of October

Three-room  apartments from €460 to €1,260 per week (price varies depending on the period)

Booking Conditions

A 30% DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, TO BE SENT BY BANK TRANSFER, the balance of the amount will be paid upon arrival.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The apartment is considered booked upon receipt of the deposit (copy by email) within 5 working days of the offer, after which the reservation will be considered void.

CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the entire amount of the confirmation deposit will be retained pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code and the rent account.

The municipality of San Vincenzo requires us to collect, in addition to the price agreed upon, a TOURIST TAX on its behalf: From April 1st to October 31st, €1.25 per person per day. The tax is applicable for the first 14 days (excluding children up to 12 years old and disabled people with one companion). To be paid on arrival in cash.

Rules:

  • Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
  • The garden is reserved for Apartments residents only and access by non-residents is prohibited.
  • The number of people cohabiting does not exceed the number of beds booked.
  • Check-in to the apartment will take place from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the first booked day. Check-out will take place by 10:00 AM on the last day, subject to management inspection.
  • The accommodation constitutes a vacation home for the occupant and his/her co-occupiers for the period indicated above and therefore acknowledges that the rental is not subject to any restrictive laws, as he/she resides at the indicated address.
  • The guest will leave the accommodation in a tidy and clean state; any complaints of damage or disorder will be reported upon taking possession, otherwise he/she will be held responsible.
  • Cleaning of the kitchenette is the guest’s responsibility (disposal of garbage, clean dishes, empty refrigerator). Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €50.00 charge.
  • The apartment is equipped with a hotel-style safe; however, the property is not responsible for any theft or loss of valuables contained therein.
  • Pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartment.
